Finally....something that might actually be legit!

Garnier Skin Renew Dark Spot Corrector

4 stars
I have to declare from the onset....I’m biased.  But still, trust me.  This product is something else!  It might first appear to be a spot treatment, but this is designed to be an all over moisturizer.  It applies easily and absorbs quickly.  It’s not greasy at all and it smells great.  I haven’t used for 4 weeks straight so I can’t officially comment on the reduction of my dark spots, but I’ll keep you posted.
PROS:
+Legitimate active ingredients.  Garnier says that the Vitamin C helps with dark spots, plus, my dermatologist tells me that Vitamin C is the only effective over-the-counter active ingredient PROVEN to help with aging.  It’s a no brainer.
+The fragrance - it’s so fresh.
+The effectiveness for the price.
CONS:
-Potentially irritating.  Not for me, and I have VERY sensitive skin.  Vitamin C can be a little problematic but and I haven’t had an issue.

The nightmare day cream I can't stop using

Eucerin Redness Relief Daily Perfecting Lotion SPF 15

3 stars
I’m really on the fence.  For those of you who don’t know, I have quite sensitive skin.  I was in a hurry at the drug store and didn’t realize that this product has a green tint.  Bleh.  I do have some redness but who wants to put lotion on that looks like wasabi?
The bottom line is that I’m STILL USING THIS STUFF!  My skin loves it and is looking as good as its looked in a long time.
PROs
+Broad spectrum SPF.  If anything will protect against wrinkles its going to be a solid SPF product.
+Great for sensitive skin.  I’m amazed about the tone and texture of my skin.
+Works pretty well under my make-up.  Though I don’t wear much, this helps.
CONs
-The green tint.  It’s hard to get it rubbed in once it starts to dry a little bit.  I’ve gotten better about rubbing it in quickly.  Apart from the occasional residual streak of green, its ok.
-The package is bulky.  It’s actually a nice looking package with a nice feel thanks to the glass bottle.  It’s just that the package is quite large for 1.7 ounces.  Perhaps it won’t bother you if you don’t plan to travel with it.

Help me on this one.....what do you think??

It's not me, its you.

Olay Complete All Day UV Skin Shield Moisturizer Lotion SPF 15, Normal Skin

1 star
Ok, it may not be me.  I wanted to love this 2011 Allure Beauty Award winner.  The scent is mild, milky, pleasant.  It’s creamy and feels very good going on to your skin.  The SPF filters are reliable.  My problem was that I had a major breakout after just a few uses.  I’m not sure if it was too much moisture for me or what.  Maybe its just me.
PROs
+Great texture and smell.  I would go as far as to say that the experience of using this lotion is luxurious.
+Simple, no-fuss bottle.  It’s just simple and easy.
CONs
-Breakouts.  Maybe it’s just me, but this was a bit problem for me....bummer!
-Large size.  I’m always looking for travel friendly packaging and I think this is sold and 4oz and 6oz.  I’ve already had the TSA take this away from me once!
Cost:  $8.99 for 4oz
